On Time Shutters and Blind, Inc. warrants that the operating mechanisms, slats, shutter and shade materials contained in its window covering products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as original purchaser owns the product. In the event of a defect, we will repair or replace the product by contacting this manufacturer directly to request an “IN HOME WARRANTY” service call for a period of one year.
